Travelling with a Positive Impact
Through the My Travel Company partnership with Seawilding, we are able to offer each client the opportunity to wholly offset the carbon emissions of their trip through donating to their Seagrass Restoration Programme.
The efforts of this programme include replanting 80 hectares of lost seagrass meadows across Loch Craignish, trialling new methodologies of seagrass replanting at scale and efficiently sequestering carbon from the atmosphere through marine restoration. Seagrass has the potential to sequester carbon at up to 35x the rate of rainforests, therefore making it an integral ingredient in fighting the climate crisis and offsetting the emissions of your trip.
We calculate the total carbon emissions for each trip through the Sustainable Travel International Calculator and are able to determine how much it would cost to offset this figure through Seawilding. You are then able to enjoy net-zero travel and contribute to a groundbreaking initiative that is paving the way for Blue Carbon projects across the world, making tangible steps to combatting Global Warming.

What is your price match guarantee and how does it apply ?
We work with suppliers from all across the world to get you the best possible pricing at most of the time. If you find a a lower price on the internet from any other online travel agent for the same inclusions on the same travel dates, we will match the quote you find and also waive our planning and concierge fee for you! What is the taxes and fees component ?
The taxes and fees component takes into account all local and international government service taxes and our booking and concierge fees. Our fees range between Rs. 1000 – Rs. 5000 per person depending on the complexity of the itinerary and duration. For instance,in a few countries in Europe and Asia, the municipal taxes (charged by the mayor of the city) will need to be paid during check-out. This is not included. They range between Rs. 50 – Rs. 100 per person per night.
