Barichara is a picture-perfect colonial town embraced by Andean valleys. Stay in the family home of a former president and visit the workshops of local artists putting this town on the creative map. Casa del Presidente is a stunning private villa that was once the residence of the late president Belisario Betancur. Betancur was also a philanthropist and patron of the arts, and this home is a fitting base from which to discover Barichara’s art scene. The gardens are the perfect setting for a special dinner with live music. We will ensure you have plenty of time to wander the cobbled streets at your own pace.
