The Spice Islands

Indonesia

Volcanic ridges, spice islands, and beaches that reset the clock.

From ₹1,35,000 · customisable

Sample journey

Volcano dawns, rice-terrace hush, and beaches that earn the flight

Twelve days across Bali and a quieter neighbour, not a villa-only blur. Temples at first light, a highland night where the air cools, and a final beach chapter with space to do nothing well. Built for travellers who want Indonesia’s drama without the traffic mythology.

Highlights

What makes this journey sing

The moments we design around, not a checklist of photo stops.

  • Mountains before beaches

Ubud and the highlands first so the coast feels like a release, not a default.

  • Temple timing

Gate openings and dress codes handled, you arrive when courtyards are still breathing.

  • One volcano morning

Optional sunrise trek or a crater viewpoint with coffee, intensity matched to your knees.

  • Spice on the plate

A cooking morning and one chef’s table that still tastes of the island, not Instagram.

Best time to visit

Dry season for clear volcano views

April to October is Bali’s dry season, best for trekking and beach days. July–August are busiest. November–March brings rain showers; mornings can still shine, and rates soften. We avoid peak Nyepi blackout dates unless you want that stillness on purpose.

We place your trip inside these windows, then tune day-by-day for weather and crowds.

Ideal windows

  1. Window 01

    Apr – Jun

  2. Window 02

    Jul – Aug (busy)

  3. Window 03
