Services
My Travel Company designs and arranges corporate travel, leisure itineraries, visas, and related support. Prices, availability, and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment.
Website content
Sample itineraries, prices, and destination copy are illustrative. Final programmes are customised and may differ. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at all times.
Enquiries
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request for information, not a binding booking until we confirm services and you accept our proposal.
Liability
Travel involves third parties (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We coordinate carefully but are not liable for delays, cancellations, or acts outside our reasonable control, except where required by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
